Sadegh has more than 36 years of professional experience in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical EPC industry for both grassroots and revamp projects in Iran, South East Asia and Canada.  Sadegh’s main area of expertise is in the field of Project Controls and Construction Management. His experience includes Project Planning, Cost Estimating, Cost Control, Change Management, Construction Management and Sub-Contract Administration.  Sadegh has served as a Project Controls Manager for the last 20 years on several jobs in both the home office and on site. He has extensive experience in progress measurement in correlation to cost, planning, scope control and close out.
