Mohesh is technically sophisticated and a seasoned senior project professional who brings more than 35 years of demonstrated successful project management expertise, both with EPC and Operating companies, that includes many years of excellent leadership as the Portfolio Manager in oil & gas projects while working with Shell Petroleum.   He has a proven track record for analysis of risk sensitivities residing within each project under execution and proposed projects. In addition to risks, he has been on the front line to analyse the top-down ranking of the projects based on technical, operational and financial impacts while recommending and managing multiple capital investments based on the business case. 

In addition to excellent presentation skills, Mohesh commands convincing skills in both oral and written communications.  

He has been the architect in analysing and presenting to the senior client management (Total E&P) to increase the plant capacity with marginal increase in TIC that was accepted, leading to the Project award. 

With his leadership style, he has been able to build positive rapport with multiple project managers and leaders to improve the performance and productivity leading to on-time delivery of projects.  

His broad list of expertise includes gas processing & NGL recovery, pipelines, tank farms, terminals, booster compression stations, upgrading, bitumen treatment and many more.
