Luciano is a professional and brings 37 years of experience, 6 years in commercial industry from major towers, bridges, roads infrastructure, water treatment to warehouses. He has 31 years’ experience in the petrochemical field on major heavy oil refinery, sour gas, SAGD, tailings, LNG, well pads, modulation, cogeneration and water treatment plants.

CADD experience includes AutoCAD / Rebis, Microstation Intergraph PDS / Frameworks, Auto Plant, PDMS, Microsoft, Apple, Bluebeam and Revit.
