Phil has more than 46 years of engineering design and supervisory experience in piping and mechanical engineering design. His past experience includes piping design leadership on major projects including, heavy oil recovery, thermal and SAGD central facilities, well pad and gathering pipelines, gas processing, sulphur recovery, polyethylene plant, compressor stations, plant engineering design, special waste management facility design, cogeneration facility design, water treatment facility design, mechanical handling and special purpose machinery design.

Phil’s major priority is to deliver the safest and most economical plant design possible to the client within the constraints of the budget and schedule. His vast design experiences allow him to rationalize safe, operable, and maintainable value engineered plant design.
