Sreelatha is a registered professional engineer in Alberta, Canada and a registered member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), working towards obtaining PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Sreelatha holds a B. Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering and a BSc. degree in Chemistry, both from Calicut University, Kerala, India.

Sreelatha has 27 years of diverse process engineering experience in areas of petroleum, gas processing, cogeneration, petrochemicals, sour water stripping, utilities and off sites, chemicals, fertilizers, SAGD, tailings processing, heavy oil, water and waste water treatment. Portfolio of projects covers front end engineering design, detailed engineering, debottlenecking and sustaining capital type projects in Process lead and Area lead capacities, for both greenfield and brownfield jobs.

Sreelatha has strong process engineering and multi-discipline technical base with good understanding of the roles and responsibilities of other engineering and project disciplines. Sreelatha is proficient in managing project scope, cost and schedule, in a multi-disciplined organizational environment, delivering successful projects from developing user requirements, scope definition leading to conceptual design, detailed engineering, construction and start-up support. She also has experience in successfully coordinating work share engagements with offices in other countries, for cost optimization.

Sreelatha is an effective communicator and engages team members towards meeting Client’s expectations, giving due regard to technical accuracy, quality, schedule, cost and safety.
