As a Sr. Manager / Director of Business Development you will become an important member of the core team, influence the company’s continued success, and help shape the future of the company.  

You will be responsible for working with various teams to create, manage, and execute strategic activities for serving our clients. You will also be responsible for engaging with key strategic industry partners, associations, companies, and affiliates, attending industry events and, negotiating contracts and partnership deals.


  • Serve as a key member of the Business Development team to help drive Sales, Marketing, and Service strategy.
  • Help define and execute the corporate Business Development strategy for your allocated sector.
  • Become an industry expert, and have a systematic approach to identifying relevant industry trends and partnership opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new relationships with manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and partners.
  • Lead client conversations, structure agreements, execute deals and research, identify, and prospect with industry and potential clients.
  • Set aggressive goals and present progress towards those goals to the leadership team.


  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
  • Intelligent and hard working
  • Openness and ability to be coached, having passion for achieving goals, persistence and determination are key traits
  • Strong leadership skills with proven verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or willing to learn and, aptitude for software products including MS Office and MS Project
